Chris, a chartered surveyor, has a background in private sector development and public sector regeneration. Prior to joining Forward Swindon, Chris was Development Director for The New Swindon Company and Rombourne Limited prior to that. He also spent a number of years as a development manager with Cardiff Bay Development Company where he played a lead role bringing forward a number of major developments such as the Mermaid Quay Shopping Centre. Chris is an experienced member of RICS membership recruitment panel.

Chris's role is to progress projects from masterplanning through to development of key regeneration sites within the town centre.
