Plan 500 delivery and Future Jobs Fund management.

Following roles as a lecturer and a training coordinator Lisa spent 6 years with the Learning and Skills Council working directly with employers and with Sector Skills Councils in a South West regional skills adviser role. In April 2010 she transferred to the Swindon Borough Council 13-19 Team as their Employer Engagement Coordinator where she became involved in the delivery of Plan 500. Since December 2010 she has been responsible for the management and coordination of Plan 500 as well as the management of the Future Jobs Fund.
