The former Police Station site in central Swindon is reaching a stage when a detailed planning application can be submitted.  The design includes:

• 850 space Multi-Storey Car Park
• 45 supported housing units
• 30,000 square feet of new space for offices, or a relocated Primary Care Trust or an hotel

It will have an end value of approximately £30 million and it will take some twenty months to complete.
