Angela had a long career in UK Personal and Corporate Tax before expanding her scope to cover all aspects of financial planning and management. She has worked not only for the Inland Revenue, but also for major accounting firms including Grant Thornton, Touche Ross, now Deloitte & Touche, and Anderson Consulting. Her recent roles include being the Company Secretary & Financial Controller of a PLC in the financial services sector.
Angela's role is to ensure the smooth management of company finances, compliance with corporate governance requirements and company secretarial duties.
