Bill has been with Swindon Borough Council for four years, part of an influx of Directors charged with the transformation of the organisation. He is responsible for developing local economic strategy and initiatives working closely with local business leaders.
With 20 years experience of economic development and regeneration Bill has worked for Local Authorities in Middlesbrough, Leeds, Wandsworth and Bath and as a regeneration consultant for Colin Buchanan.
