Chris, a chartered surveyor, has a background in private sector development and public sector regeneration. Prior to joining The New Swindon Company, Chris was Development Director for Rombourne Limited and also spent a number of years as a development manager with Cardiff Bay Development Company where he played a lead role bringing forward a number of major developments such as the Mermaid Quay Shopping Centre. Chris is an experienced member of RICS membership recruitment panel.
Chris's role is to progress projects from masterplanning through to development of key regeneration sites within the town centre.
