Working across the private and public sector, Simon’s experience predominantly lies in the Housing Association sector, covering programme, asset and project management, land buying, planning and contract procurement.

Simon is keen to encourage innovative ways of working and is committed to the successful delivery of the the town’s Regeneration Masterplan, bringing together stakeholders to achieve a real quality of service and making Swindon a place where people will want to live, work and invest.

With extensive experience advising successive governments on major housing and planning reforms, Paul is excited and enthusiastic to be at the forefront of driving new approaches to housing delivery in Swindon, whilst ensuring developments contribute to town centre regeneration as well as economic development. Paul has worked in a variety of policy and analytical roles, as a senior civil servant and member of the Government Economic Service.
