Carriage Works Unit 3 has been refurbished to provide work spaces to rent on a flexible basis as part of a new innovation hub. Ideal for start-ups, tech professionals and consultants seeking a vibrant and creative place to do business.

The building has now been handed over to the operator, The Enterprise Network (TEN). The new centre, to be known as WorkShed, will open its doors next month.

Local companies Bravedog and Carto Consult will be amongst the first to occupy the new development.

Work has now started on neighbouring Unit 5. Unit 5 will form part of an expanded Workshed later this year.
