Kimmerfields is an exciting regeneration programme worth more than £350 million, to be developed by Muse Developments on a 20 acre site in the heart of Swindon town centre. It will become Swindon’s new central business district, inviting major office occupiers back into the town centre to benefit from proximity to the shopping and amenities, and within a 5 minute walk of the London to Cardiff mainline train station.
